Jill Nix - Creator of TIGHT BODY BOOT CAMP™
Jill Nix has been in the health and fitness industry since 1981. Health and fitness are her passion. She’s certified with AFAA as both Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Jill is a CrossFit Trainer who’s also certified in Turbo Kick, Zumba, Hustle, Group Barbell, Sports Nutrition, Bootcamp, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, and Youth Fitness. She is a Lifestyle Fitness Coach and Nutrition Advisor.
Jill has also studied and competently completed coursework on eating disorders and mind/body work.
Jill has worked with numerous women in advanced weight training regimens, and barbell conditioning. She is considered a Master Practitioner in personal training.
Jill is a successful Pro NGA/NPC Figure and Bodybuilding Competitor, who also trains and coaches competitors.
She graduated with High Honors and her Doctorate in Natural Health, and is a Master Herbalist. She’s a certified technician of MSA Testing.
Jill is the proud mother of six children, and resides in Utah. She spent the first 18 years of motherhood home schooling her children, and calls it “One of the most remarkable growing experiences of my life... very challenging, yet most rewarding.”
Jill has been married to her husband, Ron, for 22 years. She also enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family, hiking, canoeing, fishing, horseback riding, photography, scrap booking, playing games with her kids, reading, and helping others to see and reach their full potential.
