If you’ve never been involved in extreme style fitness, I recommend beginning with Series One.
The TIGHT BODY BOOT CAMP™ (TIGHT) program is designed for those who are already in good physical condition. However, be sure to always check with your physician before beginning any fitness program. If you are a beginner, take it slow and pace yourself. It’s not about time, it’s about performance, attitude, and the strength of both body and character along the way. Progress will be made. However, just like other significant aspects of life, it cannot be rushed. Chart your progress, and enjoy the adventure!
Some days your body will be ready and waiting for the load, other days, you might need to scale it down a bit. Likewise with the mind, you could go into a workout physically capable, but mentally fatigued.
Pay attention to details. Log everything: cycles, weights in pounds, times, how you felt prior to workout, how you felt post workout, as well as your hydration, nutrition, and state of mind. Also pay attention to your recovery times, and how well you are sleeping. Be sure to stay on top of rest/recovery/hydration/nutrition. Order a Healthy Meal Plan from TIGHT, if necessary, to make sure your nutritional needs are taken care of.

Cardio Blast will take you through a number of high-intensity exercises geared to get your heart rate up fast and keep it there. Don’t be fooled, this is a total body workout — your mind included. Challenge yourself to see how many cycles you can make it through.
This workout is designed to bring your heart rate up through a series of total body movements while working the core. Cardio/Core Madness takes you through an amount of reps and cycles that will definitely challenge you. Prepare!
Low Key Intervals
Low-Key Intervals is a great introduction to using free weights. All the major muscle groups are covered. Learning proper form and technique when handling any type of weight is imperative. This is a good place to start your weight training experience.
Our core is at the center of all we do — hence the word core. Core Essentials offers you a wide variety of core exercises designed to tone, strengthen, and contour. Core Essentials is a great primer for the Series Two Extreme Core workouts.
Circuit Explosion is wild! You get to participate in four circuits: lower/upper body, more lower/upper body, upper body, and glutes/back. You will leave this workout feeling worked from head to toe. Don’t be surprised if you feel muscles you didn’t know existed. To think you only perform each exercise for 60 seconds!
Total Body Mania
Total Body Mania is designed for use after you are accustomed to Low-Key Intervals. Total Body Mania bumps it up a notch (or however many notches you want to go for) by introducing successively heavier free weights. The exercises are different from those in Low-Key Intervals, and between the two segments, workouts can be tweaked in many ways to last you for a long, long time.

Each DVD in the TIGHT Series is challenging; however, Series Two is Extreme Fitness in every way. If you are one of those fitness fanatics who just can’t seem to get enough, looking for something to take you to the next level, an athlete looking to gain an edge, and are already in great shape, or just a person into hard core workouts, then Series Two is for you.
Series Two is also great for those whose livelihoods depend on good physical conditioning, agility, strength, power, speed, etc., such as men and women preparing to enter the service or into Special Operations/Special Forces, Agents, SWAT Teams, police, and firefighters. I know you moms out there would agree with me, we are on this list, too, raising our kids!
As with any extreme program, caution must be exercised. Signs of overtraining must be carefully monitored, and taken into consideration prior to each workout session. Injuries can quickly get worse if ignored. Catch issues and deal with them immediately, to avoid having them turn into something more serious.
High Voltage Fat Burner

Maxed Out Intervals
For those of you who are familiar with Tabata drills, you already understand the intensity Tabata provides. Yeow! Maxed-Out Intervals is all about Tabata. You will be challenged to perform a series of 10 different Tabata drills. You are in a race against time for the most repetitions you can hammer out in just 20 seconds. You are not only working against the clock but against yourself.
Elite Total Body
Elite Total Body is a great workout to hit early in the morning when you are fresh, as you will need all you’ve got to push through the high-intensity, demanding moves that have been known to send men and women to the “bucket.” You decide the rate to push yourself each time you load this puppy into your DVD player. Challenge yourself to improve your time and results each time you work it.
