TIGHT BODY BOOT CAMP™ (TIGHT)

 

Will not only deliver the body you've always wanted, but will make you a much stronger, leaner, happier, agile human being.

As you begin to work your body from many angles of fitness, you will also be working your life from many new angles. You cannot create a strong body with a weak mind, and TIGHT ties the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspect right in with the physical. Life simply changes in many positive ways. See for yourself. From beginner to hardcore athlete, to preparation for military service, you will NOT be disappointed.

What is TIGHT?

TIGHT was originated for men and women who are already in good physical condition, looking to raise the bar, and interested in hardcore fitness.

TIGHT is also equipped for men and women who are entering a branch of service, the Special Forces/Special Operations, Agents, SWAT Teams, Fire, Police, as well as athletes looking to take their performance to the next level.

Even though it is designed for individuals who are already in good physical condition, an individual with less experience can also begin a program. 

TIGHT is designed to heighten one’s awareness of self-imposed limitations, and overcome them.

TIGHT develops power, strength, agility, coordination, flexibility of both mind and body, character, endurance, stamina, and a sense of well-being that builds self-confidence and self-esteem.

TIGHT has programs for all fitness levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. These programs are aligned with athletes who like to train at a gym, as well as, bikini, figure, physique, and body building competitors, and those who like to stick to a more traditional style training.

 

TIGHT offers sport specific programs for both youth and adult.

 

TIGHT also offers programs for those athletes who like to go off the beaten path: The 'Freestyle' athlete, and the 'Warrior'. These programs are a test for the fittest, and those looking to take their fitness to the next level. They are extremely challenging.   (Basic Training Pre-requisites must be met to enter either of these programs)
